Well, I tried to have some botox the other day and have ended up looking permenantly like this when I attempt to smile...
Just kidding! My face was numbed for my 'build up', which is really just a glorified term for a filling on my tooth. Now the tooth will be too weak to withstand much long term wear, which is why I have to get a crown eventually. My dentist is awesome and a master filler - he was quick! I have to say my face was the most numbed it's ever been, even the tip of my nose was numbed. In the past I've felt like I haven't been able to smile, but I have never actually not been able to smile. At least this experience made me crack up! And I was slightly tempted to go shopping and smile at unsuspecting people and when they gave me wierd looks say 'don't get plastic surgery', but instead I went home and took a nap...
However, this is the reason I will never get plastic surgery. Why risk my beautiful smile!
Posted by 10lees at July 18, 2007 09:44 PMWell I hope you weren't driving while taking that pic. ;) You look hilarious!! The tip of my nose has been numb before and my chin too - YESH - both of them. :)
Glad that's over ...
Love,
Mom
you look goooorgeous, dahlink!
Posted by: dr gonzo at July 19, 2007 07:36 AMI was at a stoplight. My hilarious laughing was probably more of a danger at that point than my picture taking. And realizing when I smiled at all the hygenists I looked like that. The picture was actually taken for my hubby and sent with the caption 'aren't you glad you married such a sexy woman?' He is...
I do look goooorgeous, maybe I'll get plastic surgery, hope it goes wrong, and host the E! red carpet at the Oscars event. It's a plan that can't fail!
