Do You Still Like Tony Romo's?

Cause they have the best BBQ Ribs anywhere! Poor Cowboys, I mean really with that field goal they probably could've won. We didn't have any time-outs and we would have had to march it down the field to get within field goal range. Josh Brown (our kicker) has been good to us, but I am not positive he could've made anything over a 52 yard field goal. I have to say, seeing Romo fumble that football live was amazing, I don't believe I have ever seen anything quite like it.

And next week we face off against Da Bears! And we are at Soldier Field, I have to say I don't have high hopes about this game. The Bears have an awesome defense and we still have several running backs out on the injured lists. Too bad we didn't get to play New Orleans instead, it would've been an easier game.

I hope you had a wonderful weekend!

I'm not a huge football fan but that was the best game I've seen in a playoff since Buffalo's miracle comeback.

Now, of course, the wagers begin to form. My Chicago site versus 10lee's Terrible Seattle Seahawks...

In the past mayors from respective cities have offered to exchange snow plowing services, others have waged gift baskets (as long as they're not at the academy awards) and still others have wagered Turkey's vs. Pigs (It's the South. Things are simpler down there).

So, come up with something you think is just and let the battle begin.

I am not opposed to bets, however I feel it neccessary to point out I still owe wiljefv a frappicino from the Superbowl the Seahawks lost. Just as a warning...

So you can pick whatever you want to wager, just remember you have to recriprocate, which I can't spell.

Hey Little b - it's called being around MEN! Men who like/love football - that's it you know. If these men died tomorrow - well who would bother. That's my excuse - my 1st hubby was a HUGE Dallas fan and I was quite conflicted watching Sunday's Game. After Skip died - I don't know if I watched another Dallas game with the same interest.

Glenn left the room totally frustrated as Dallas was at the 1.5 yard line - I think I have that right - and I said - THEY'RE STILL AHEAD - why are you frustrated - I could see if they were behind - then you have something to be frustrated about. And then that fantastic fumble. Glenn said that guy needed some humbling - he was humbled by a fumble - it rhymes too. :)

So they won - I knew they would ... Seahawks change in their working on the field when they're not trying anymore and I didn't see any quitting in Sunday's game ... it was awesome.

So we'll just see how they do in Chicago, Chicago that tottoling (sp) town ..... or however that goes.

Love,
m

All I have to say is that it was a good game with great playing on both sides. I was proud we held our own!
