That The Perks of Being a Wallflower is in the Banned Books section at Barnes & Noble. I was shocked. How does a book like Wallflower become banned. Do establishments still ban books? Of course other books I understand, even if it is To Kill a Mockingbird, which was one of the best reads in high school or Of Mice And Men, which I didn't appriciate at all actually.
If you haven't already read The Perks of Being a Wallflower, you should check it out. Course it might not be as moving as it was when I was in college.
